Selisee Mowlind

Selisee Mowlind has always believed the best stories begin with one impossible question: What if? That curiosity has grown into a love of immersive worlds with unforgettable heroines, impossible choices, and the fragile hope that refuses to surrender. Drawn to stories of tested loyalty, complicated love, and the cost of courage, she creates characters as flawed as they are driven.

Editing can be daunting, but it shouldn’t be what stops you from pursuing your dream!

By day, she works in medicine, where real-life resilience and human connection inspire the people we choose to fight for. By night, she escapes into stories of monsters lurking in the shadows and ordinary people becoming extraordinary. It’s the forgotten castles and quiet moments that reveal who we truly are.

She lives in Massachusetts with an ever-growing collection of books and dreams of one day filling a library with stories of her own. The Melodies We Hear is her debut novel.
